I want to upgrade my laptop processor and add a SSD. My current processor is Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-7020U CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz. Is it possible to upgrade my processor? if yes , can I get list of compatible processors or any recommended processor and also the compatible SSD.

The processor is soldered onto the motherboard and is not upgradeable. Your model series has an M.2 slot for SATA or NVME M.2 SSD and also has a bay for a 2.5 inch SATA SSD. Without knowing your full model number i.e. what is installed in your laptop now, its hard to say how best to upgrade, but yes you can add an NVME M.2 SSD or if you have an optane module, replace it with an NVME M.2 SSD. Any NVME M.2 SSD would work but this one is known to work well:
