Can I upgrade my laptop's ram to 16 gb and my SSD to 512 gb? It is HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D120AV).

If your notebook has an Intel Core processor, yes, you can upgrade the SSD to a larger capacity and install 2 x 8 GB of memory.
