CPU : Intel Core i3 (2nd Gen) 2350M / 2.3 GHz
Notebook : Hp ProBook 6460b - 14" - Core i3 2350M - 4 GB RAM - 500 GB HDD
OS : Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64-bit Edition
I just want to confirm that the upgration from i3 to i5 with windows 10 and 8 GB RAM, is compatible with my notebook HP probook 6460b or it may cause any heating issues or not

Hi,
On page 94 of the service manual, you can see the compatible CPUs for your notebook.

Make sure to clean off all thermal material between chips and heatsink and replace with a quality product such as ArcticMX4 or better.
