Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp pavilion x360 11m-ad013dx has been feeling slow lately and I want to upgrade the ram from 4gb to 8gb.  However, I have gotten mixed results while looking online.  And if I can upgrade the ram, how do I get the keyboard off?  When I take out all of the screws, it doesn't loosen at all.
