Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
- Can I upgrade my GPU (AMD Radeon HD 7075m) to some other graphics card?
- Can I upgrade my CPU (i5-3360m) to an i7 of the same series? For example an i7-3740QM?

No on the GPU...Video is soldered to the motherboard on this series. 

 

Yes on the CPU. i7-3740QM is listed as compatible.

Look at p. 3 of the Manual. An FHD 1920 x 1080 was an option. I think that is what you mean, can you install a FHD screen?
