I want to upgrade the CPU on my laptop. It currently has a AMD PRO A8-8600B R6, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G, 1600 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s). I want to upgrade as it is becoming quite slow, and it is only 1600mhz. I wanted to upgrade it to a AMD Pro a12 8800B, as i saw that there are only a few options to choose from when upgrading this laptop. However, there are literally no videos on Youtube or no guides on the web about upgrading the CPU for this specific laptop, and I havent seen any Pro A12 8800S's for sale anywhere, so can i actually upgrade the CPU? Is it upgradeable? What are all the CPU's I can upgrade to?

Upgrading laptop processors is just not "a thing" any more as the cpus are soldered to the motherboard. On your model there are 3 optional motherboards, yours is the lowest and the top is an A12-Pro-8800B. To upgrade the motherboard would be very expensive to do, even if you could find the part, which is by no means certain.
