Product: OMEN by HP Transcend 16 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-u0000 (765S3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Wondering if I am able to upgrade my laptop's memory. I added my laptop as a product and  item M97595-001 showed up as orderable, but checking if that's to replace my memory or if I can purchase to upgrade, and how much can I upgrade it by?
