I own a HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ae014dx. I’m getting a low memory message, greater than 85% used. Can I upgrade the SSD from 512 GB to 1 TB? If so, which 1TB SDD is compatible with HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ae014dx?

You can upgrade to a 1TB or even 2TB SSD if you wish. The replacement instructions are in the Maintenance and Service Guide (click) for your notebook.
Officially the only supported SSDs are those with the HP part numbers shown on that page, or any other part numbers showing for that model number in HP PartSurfer. However, in practice, most if not all commercially available M.2 NVMe SSDs should work. Hopefully other forum members will reply if there are SSDs to avoid.

You can buy from HP or use part # to buy elsewhere.
