The Service Manual:
on page 18 lists the various system boards and they include the processor so in order to upgrade you would have to install a complete motherboard with processor. This is generally very expensive and the motherboards are not easy to find.

No there is never a situation where you can change an Intel processor to AMD using the same motherboard. In your case the processor is not removeable at all and even if it were Intel and AMD have incompatible sockets.
