Product: HP Notebook 14-bw012nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been tryinhg to find out if I can upgrade the Ram or Hard drive for my notebook 14 laptop. I downloaded all the spec and user guides I could find. Searched all over the net and can not find a solid answer for Yes or No? Can some help me out please?

I have a HP Notebook 14-bw012nr laptop.

Do you have this guide ? HP 14 Laptop PC - Maintenance and Service Guide

Page 1 & 2 have  the memory and storage config for your notebook.
