I hope this finds you doing well. My question is Simple, I would like to upgrade to 32 GB RAM

Can I upgrade or not. these my laptop info

and I'm already have 16 GB

Hi,

Yes, you can upgrade to 32GB of DDR4 2400MHz RAM (2x16GB) even if service manual mentions 16GB.

HP DDR4 systems with 7th 8th gen Core CPUs will run with 32GB of RAM

On page 35 of service manual, you can see the steps to install drive
