Good morning everybody, I would like to known about upgrade of my laptop ram. I have 16 GB of ram, I would like to upgrade until 64 GB, I read the specifications and I think i can put 2 moduls of 32 GB of DDR4 rAM, but i am not sure.
What is yours recommendations? Thanks in advance.

Good morning:
The crucial memory report for your notebook indicates that 2 x 32 GB of memory is supported:
HP Pavilion Gaming 16-a0010ns | Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | Crucial.com
Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates 2 x 8 GB of memory is supported:
You can run this command to see what Windows indicates:
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and press the enter key.
There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.
