I don't know what is your Lenovo Thunderbolt 3 dock but most likely you won't get full benefit from the dock on your HP Envy.

I see that HP sells a Thunderbolt dock. But I'm sure the drivers are not compatiable with Lenovo's dock.

Is there a work around?
