Can I use a US keyboard to replace a UK one for Elitebook Folio 9470m?

Need to replace keyboard on my  Elitebook Folio 9470m but can only find the US layout version - no sign of the UK one anywhere! I don't mind the US layout so can I just use one of them instead?
