Product: HP G5 255 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have an HP G5 255 Notebook and I am wondering if my laptop supports eGPU, I am wondering if I could have an MSI Armor rx 580 8gb for eGPU. I would use it for mining and gaming. Maybe just a mining?

It does not have a port which is fast enough to connect to en eGPU. It has one of the following Integrated video options

 

  • AMD Radeon R5 Graphics
  • AMD Radeon R4 Graphics
  • AMD Radeon R2 Graphics
