I have 2 drive slots in my laptop: 1 SDD (that I use as a main drive and where is windows installed) and 1 HDD wich isnt occupied. Can I remove the SSD, Install windows on the HDD and use it as a main drive?

Yes, you can remove the NVMe SSD and install Windows on the 2.5" mechanical hard drive.

 

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the M.2 SSD removal and replacement procedure:

Did you install a hard drive?

 

The specs indicate the notebook only came with a M.2 SSD so none of the parts are there to install a 2.5" drive.

The parts to install a hard drive are listed in chapter 3, and the bracket is not available as a spare part, so I don't know how you will secure it.
