I have a HP laptop. Model-Hp envy x360 15bp 152nr(brought it in 2018). The specs are as in the link : HP ENVY x360 15-bp152nr: Price and specs - Kelaptop . It has a normal charging port as any other 2018 laptop (pin type).
According to the link, it has a USB type C 3.2 Gen 1 port with sleep and charge ability.(attached in the image which shows the symbol indicating sleep and charge beside the type c port)
The question is, is it possible to charge my laptop from a 65W /100W powerbank with PD through the type C port ? Please help .

According to the manual it is only for charging smartphones, etc... it is not compatible with Power Delivery.
