I was wondering if I can remove the battery of my laptop and use it conected to power like a desktop computer. Its model  system is "HP Laptop 15-da0xxx" and its battery is not working .

Yes, you can, but you may need to set time and date on every startup. Most Pavilions do not have a separate RTC battery.
