Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Currently my laptop possess 4GB RAM which is 4 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB). I want to know whether we change them with higher RAM and if so then to what extent? (to 8 GB, 16 GB, 32 GB etc.)

As per the Service Guide http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04763947 the Notebook supports up to 8GB RAM
