Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook's model series:
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
It only has support for one M.2 NVMe SSD and no option to add a 2.5" SATA drive.
If you want or need more storage, you will have to replace the existing NVMe SSD with one having a greater storage capacity.

Thank you for your reply. That is the exact information I was asking for. I do have the maintenance & service manual, which I downloaded shortly after I purchased the laptop, and I did go through that but did not really find a direct answer to my question. I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something or there was an another approach available that wasn't explained in the manual, like a "Y"cable or a semiconductor circuit option that could be easily added ". Sometimes that is the case. Thank you again. I don't really need the extra storage but I removed the M.2NVME SSD from the laptop I replaced and thought maybe I could add it to my HP. Thanks again for your quick response and exactly to the point response.
