I have 4gb ram inbuilt and its showing i have expandable ram as 64 gb so can I add 60 gb ram more and if yes how can i do

The memory is not built in you have a 4 gb module. I do not know what is showing max capacity as 64 gigs but assuming it is true you would remove the 4 gb module and replace with a pair of 32 gig modules. There are two slots.
