My HP labtop has only 4Gig of RAM installed.

Can i add more RAM to HP Laptop 14-dq3007ca?

Hi, @Gatrong 

 

HP only has the service manual for the older models in the series on your notebook's support page.

 

HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-d3000 (2L0Z2AV) | HP® Customer Support

 

The older models supported 1 x 8 GB of memory.

 

You may want to open it up and see if changes were made to allow for 2 slots for the Intel® Pentium® Silver N6000 processors.

 

The specs from Intel indicate it can support 16 GB of memory, but you will need to determine if that is 16 GB in one slot or 2 x 8 GB.

I looked up 14-dq3007ca and didn't get a listing of documentation, however the model is listed for sale at many places using that model number in a google search. Maybe posting the Product number will help.
