Looks like the product number you posted indicates the notebook you have comes with an Intel 11th generation core processor.

 

My recommendation is to buy the 32 GB memory kit Crucial recommends from the link below.

 

HP - Compaq HP 15s-fq2000 | Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | Crucial.com

 

HP only has the service manual for the older model series on the support page, so the memory upgrade info is outdated.
