Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I now have Pentium b980 witch has 35w TDP, but it has only 2 cores and 2 threats...

So I want to make upgrade. I added 4 more gb of ram and now I want to upgrade CPU. I found i7-2860QM. 4 cores 8 threats, turbo boost, but one issue. TDP is 45w. I have 90w power supply, so that is not a problem. How i now technically it can be done, but I worry about over heating. Can it be done? Can fan pad help me? Any one has tried something like this?

Looks like a NO, the series supports 35w Processors as mentioned on page 1 of the  Maintenance and Service Guide
