According to the service manual at the link below, the max is 2 x 8 GB (see chapter 1).

However, most notebooks with 8th gen core processors can take 32 GB of memory.
The crucial memory website does not have your exact model in its database, but here is their report on a similar model HP Spectre x360 15-df1100nd, and Crucial confirms that it can support 32 GB of memory.
