Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Bought machine already upgraded from 4 to 16gb, but can this model be upgraded to 32gm RAM?  If so can you provide what I need to buy please?

1 x 32 GB of memory won't work, and it is highly unlikely the notebook will support 1 x 16 GB of memory.

 

Intel indicates the processor only supports 1 x 8 GB of memory.

Thank you Paul - this is interesting because supposedly my laptop was upgraded to a 16 GB from the provider on Amazon that I bought it from.  Oh well I'll go with what I have for now and hope it can keep up with me 🙂

If your notebook has a 16 GB memory chip installed, then you are definitely at the limit.
