Yes there are two slots and one is empty. Need DDR4-2133 memory but DDR4-2400 will work and downclock to -2133.

That is not the product ID for the laptop. The 6th gen i3 models can use either DDR3 or DDR4 memory so we need to know your exact model number and then we can tell you for sure if you can add memory. Almost certainly you can but the issue is how and how much and what kind.
