HP Notebook - 14-cm0030au
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a laptop with a 3-cell, 41 Wh Li-ion battery and the battery life isn't very good, even under light usage. I was wondering if I could somehow upgrade the battery or if I could change the battery on the laptop. The model is an HP Notebook - 14-cm0030au

Sorry no. Only the one 3-cell battery was made for your model.

Please start your own thread. But generally if the battery is inside the laptop case there is only one type available. No room in there for anything any bigger or thicker.

They sell extended batteries that work for HP LaptopL that come with only 3 cells. Extended batteries that you buy can go up to 9 cells. It makes the bottom stick out lower and increases the weight but it does make the battery last longer, four to five hours on some laptops. The cost is around $90 to $100 dollars for the batteries though. But if you want to use your laptop or just the battery the Kate off is usually worth it. Just go to Google and look up the extended battery for your laptop and you should be able to find it.
