Can you remove the single 4 GB memory chip?

Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates you can't remove or upgrade the memory.

One SODIMM slot - NON customer accessible / upgradeable  - Intel Pentum processor.

That doesn't seem right to me.

The Intel processor specs indicate the processor can support up to 8 GB of memory.

Intel Pentium Processor N3540 2M Cache up to 2.66 GHz Product Specifications

If the 4 GB memory chip can be removed, you should be able to upgrade the memory to an 8 GB DDR3L-1600 memory chip that will run at 1333 MHz.

Procesor is correct but i can remove the single chip.  There is also indicator for another slot on motherboard but it is not solderd. So in theory it can go to 8 gig but only it will work on 1300mhz?

Yes, you should be able to upgrade to an 8 GB DDR3L-1690 memory chip that will run at 1333 MHz.
