Hi:
The processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded unless you replace the motherboard with one listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual that may come with a better processor.

You may also have to add additional components (heatsink, fan) as well depending on what processor your notebook has now.

A processor upgrade is not viable.
Your laptop's system board has the processor integrated (soldered onto)into the chipset.
The processor is not a socketed type.
