Your notebook with an Intel Core Ultra 5 125H processor has two memory slots supporting 32 GB (2x16 GB) DDR5-5600 MT/s memory according to the service manual (on page 2).
Maintenance and Service Guide HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC: Model number: 15-fd1xxx
You currently have an 8 GB DDR5-5600 RAM in one slot. You can install another 8 GB module in a empty second slot.
Or you can remove the 8 GB and install 32 GB (2x16 GB).
Chapter6 of the service manual shows how to replace/install memory.
