Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is running real slow and i use it for gaming i was sold it as a 8gb ram but he mustve lied as it has come to my attention that it is only 2gb ram am i able to upgrade this particular model?

Hi:

 

Below is the link to the Crucial, UK memory report for your notebook.

According to the report, it should have come with 1 x 4 GB of memory.

 

Since it only has one memory slot, you would have to remove the existing memory chip and install an 8 GB memory chip in its place.
