I use HP pavilon 15 cx0013nx laptop. It's actually needs 135W,in hp stores and other online websites it shows like out of stock. So i can use 150W instead of 135w for the system. Also will it cause any damage to the sysytem. How can i purchase original HP charging adapter.

Assuming its otherwise compatible (connections and voltage primarily) yes. You can use an overampere adapter and therefore higher watt. Watts is simply volts times amps. Always stay with the same volts.
150 W 917649-850
135 W L15534-001
This is the original and you might need to use eBays International shipping service:
Original OEM 19.5V 6.9A TPN-CA13 L15879-002 for HP 135W Spectre x360 15-df0013dx | eBay
Not sure why its so hard to get stuff shipped into India?

Look at changes I made. Also please read. Not just any 150w. Has to be the same voltage. The HP 150w made for this series would definitely be safe. Part number listed above.
