I have doubt about the topic mentioned.I have heard it is harmful for battery ,using laptop while it is charging.But i also heard that modern laptops have no issues like this.Can anyone clear my doubt which is preferable and good for battery life .?

Hi,
You should use the laptop while charging as the notebook will usually offer better performance when connected to ac adapter.
The battery charges to 100% and stops charging and will only start charging again once it falls below a certain level. So you can keep the notebook on ac adapter all the time.
I would not worry too much about the battery and expect to replace the battery about every 18-24 months for optimal performance.
