Hello. I was wondering if my laptop could charge using a USB-C cable. I am using HP 14-BP115tx. Just a curious question.

Hi @Reido7,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The HP 14-BP115tx laptop typically comes with a variety of ports, but whether it can charge via USB-C depends on the laptop's specifications. USB-C is a versatile port that can support power delivery, but not all laptops with USB-C ports are designed to charge through them.

To find out if your HP 14-BP115tx can charge via USB-C, you should refer to the laptop's user manual or check the specifications on the official HP website. Additionally, you can look for any labels or symbols next to the USB-C port on your laptop – if it has a battery or charging icon next to it, that's a good sign that it supports charging through USB-C.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

That actually helped a lot, didn't know I could just see the logo beside it if it supports power delivery. I've looked it up on google and found out that this device only supports data transfer based on the logo beside the usb-c itself. Thank you my friend.
