Uses this part or equivalent:

4 GB (DDR3-1600 MHz, PC3-12800) 641369-001

Its 1.5 volt DDR3-1600 SO-DIMM and you need 2 x 4 gb modules. 

This is 1.35 volt but often substituted as it would run at 1.5 volts in your machine.

I do not know much about the computer parts market in Nigeria but you might contact the seller in the link above and see if they have 1.5 volt modules.

In fact, your computer supports up to 8 GB of DDR3-1600 MHz RAM. With the following configuration: 2 x 4 GB.

You can find the memory module with HP part number "641369-001" or similar modules..

The procedure for replacing or installing the memory module(s) can be found in the following HP manual on pages 45, 46, and 47:
