Hi:
I do not believe that 64 GB of memory will be supported in your notebook.
Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that your notebook will support 2 x 16 GB of memory.
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
The DDR4-3200 memory will automatically bridge to 2933 MHz because that is the fastest speed the manual indicates the memory will run at.
You can do this to confirm how much memory your notebook can support:
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.
There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.

I yield to @Paul_Tikkanen -and whatever wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx tells you, other than to say that even though your laptop's manual (http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06638089.pdf) does state that the max RAM your laptop supports is 2 x 16GB DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks (downgraded to 2933 MHz), but various respectable RAM vendors such as: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-omen-15-ek0003na, and: https://www.mrmemory.co.uk/memory-ram-upgrades/hp/omen-laptop/15-ek0003na, do indeed claim that you could fit up to 2 x 32GB of said RAM in your laptop.
Please Note: very few people actually need that much RAM.
Kind Regards,
