I am planning to connect the 02 monitor using the USBC PORT, will it work? I can extend the display?

Its specs does not say much about its USB-C port

 

        https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c05682645

 

But its manual says it has  USB Type-C (PD+DP, gen 1) that means you should be able to use USB-C port for an external monitor

Very hard to say which USB-C to HDMI, in theory they should work. I know USB-C to DP cables work
