My laptop is almost 3years old with inbuilt battery, and battery had now stopped working and not getting charged and day by day it gets drained off.

  • If the battery gets dead  can still my laptop will work by power plugged in? (for HP Pavilion 15-AU620tx model)
  • Also provide me the information about compatible battery for HP Pavilion 15-AU620tx model. and link to buy it.

To get the answer to this question, yes you can use only ac adapter to run the computer. 

After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have 2-cell, 41 Wh Li-ion  battery installed on the PC.

Here is the part number:  849909-855 and it's a universal part you can purchase one from online store https://www.amazon.in/TT-Laptop-Battery-HP-849909-855/dp/B083ZTFG84
