HP 255 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (78U77AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I live in US. I got my new HP 255 G10 laptop 2 days ago (on 7/22/25) from Amazon. I checked the warranty information based on the serial number at HP site using HP Support Tool. The warranty has started in March 2025 and it says only 8 months are left. I can not find "dispute" link under "Additional information and disclaimer". How do I update the information to get full 1 year warranty from HP?

@myyhml,

 I had followed the steps in the link you provided before i posted my initial request for help. I can not get "dispute" link under "Additional information and disclaimer". How do I update the information to get full 1 year warranty from HP? It shows product as registered and warranty ending in March 2026. There must be some one I can talk to at who can  validate my recent purchase (i can provide info) and update the HP warranty. What is the contact #and/or e-mail. Thanks.
