Hi,
Can you provide the exact model or product number of your notebook
HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Product Name or Number? | HP® Customer Support
Are you trying to install Windows 10 on the M2 SSD or clone the drive?
The best idea would probably be to create a USB drive with the latest version of Windows 10 on it and then use it to perform a clean install of the OS on the SSD
