Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i need to download the storage driver for my laptop so i can install Windows but the URL keeps giving me the error access denied 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp108501-109000/sp108979.exe

 

How can i get this?

Hi:

 

There must be something wrong with the servers in Europe, because all of the links I have seen folks posting are not working, work fine in the United States, including the one you posted.

 

I take it you are trying to install W10 on your HP 11th gen notebook?

 

Do you have the instructions to do it?  If not, here they are...

 

HP PCs - No Drives Can Be Found During Windows 10 Installation (Intel 11th Generation processors) | ...

 

I have zipped up and attached the F6 folder below that you need to browse to when you are on the Load Driver screen.

 

That is all you will need to get W10 to install.
