Can't charge via USB-C

My laptop has never been able to charge using USB-C.  I powered it off, checked for any settings that may affect it, and tried multiple USB-C chargers.  I confirmed that the port works by plugging in my phone.  Thank you.

None of the models in that series support USB-C charging.

The USB-C port is for data transfer only.
