Every time I chat in, I am met with this screen. It's like the chat doesn't actually connect to anything.

 

I've already cleared my cache and cookies for all time in my browser (Chrome), tried incognito, and tried a different browser (Edge).

 

Nothing works.

Phone Support: If chat isn’t available, you could try calling HP support directly. HP’s global support numbers are listed on their official website.

HP Support Assistant Software: If you haven’t installed this, it’s a good tool for troubleshooting and contacting HP support directly from your PC.
