Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14m-ba1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop desperately needs a new battery. I can't figure out which battery to get, though! I have tried figuring it out on my own using my serial number and I can't. Google, the virtual assistant, the parts stores.... nothing is working out. So, perhaps someone here can help me figure out which battery to buy.
