Trying to find the model # of my Chromebook [need to order video cable]. Tried Alt V at login screen, nothing happens. Diags show Intel Celeron CPU N3350 1.10ghz. 

HWID is Snappy E25-85C-52K-63Z-E5B-A43.

Monitor info AUD Prod  Id 235C Year 2014. 

Appreciate any info.

Enter your notebook's product number in the search window at the link below and it should provide the parts list which will have the video cable part number and description.

While reading about recover utility it said to hit esc key with the refresh key [circular arrow] then power button. I tried it.  It jumped into recovery utility and gave me a model number. Weird it's the exact number as the HWID [Snappy E26-B5C-52K-63Z-E5B-A43. Thanks for the help.
