Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I've had this laptop for a couple years now and the battery is starting to degrade, so I'd like to replace it; the HP part shop isn't working at all when I enter my product number / serial number / product name, and their product specification sheet either shows me very surface-level info on the device or returns a 404 error when I try accessing the more detailed version. I can't seem to figure out if my laptop is a 14-dw1000 or a 14m-dw1902nd (as it says on the rear of the laptop) or if it's a  14m-dw1902nd (without the m), and I can't seem to get the part number for the new battery, so now I'm just stuck trying to figure out what laptop I have.

If anyone has any advice or ideas on how to get past this hurdle it'd be greatly appreciated!!

Its specs

It uses 3-cell, 43 Wh Li-ion polymer battery. I can not access to https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer/ but the following battery is the one

Hi

I had the same problem because I rarely used the battery so I removed it put it back in and fully charged it

. Then used it without mains a few times and it now performs great.

Thanks for the reply, I'll try this out; what do you mean you used it without mains though?

Hey, thanks for your reply and the links; the document link you sent me keeps taking me to the general specs page and it won't let me access specific part numbers, how did you go about finding the part number for the battery?

The link that @banhien provided does work. I just checked it. This is an assist, not a solution.
