Hello Support team,

I bought my hp laptop on 30-11-2021 from a offline store. Battery stopped working on 1-11-2022 (11 months from date of purchase). But the portal says that the warranty is already expired on 27-10-2022. I have the proof of purchase (retail invoice) with me. I am unable to submit the dispute form, because there is no "dispute this" link available when i enter my product serial number. My product is not a commercial product. I purchased it for my personal use. Please help me to submit a dispute to validate my warranty. I have tried my best to reach out phone support, but all the support links lead only to virtual assistants which is of no use. I need to get this resolved urgently because the actual warranty would expire by 30-11-2022. Please help me with a private message or help me contact a customer service executive to solve this issue.

 

I have attached screenshot of the warranty check page, which does not show "Dispute this" link.
