Product: HP ENVY x360 m6 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I live in India. I bought my laptop (HP Envy x360 m6 Convertible 15-AQ00DX) from USA 5 years back. Now, I need a replacement battery for my laptop. HP service centers (Authorized) in india does not supply the specific battery model.

I have tried to find the battery on parts.hp.com but can't seem to find it anywhere. I can't even find my laptop model in the listings of this website. Is there any way for me to get the battery in india? Can I ship it from USA to India?

Details:

Laptop- HP Envy x360 m6 Convertible

Model- 15-aq003dx 

Battery- MB04XL 15.4V / 55.67Wh (Part no.- 844204-850)

I think your machine is an HP ENVY x360 - m6-aq003dx, its specs

Part # for battery is  844204-855 which is N/A from HP parts store. I saw it on Newegg for $32. HP won't allow me to post the link. Please use Google search for hp 844204-855 newegg .

Hi ! Thanks for the reply

Searched for 'hp 844204-855' on newegg and it's not the battery I need. On newegg it shows model as 'BI03XL' and I need 'MB04XL'.

I guess part no. 844204-850 is correct for my laptop battery as it has a tag on battery saying 'REPLACE WITH HP SPARE 844204-850'
