Product: Example: HP Pavilion 15-cs0016na.
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased a Lenovo USB-C HUB C110. Nothing happens when I plug it into the USB-C port. If I plug it into the C port on my mobile phone it becomes live and I can access flash drives through the USB ports on the hub. It looks as if the laptop USB-C port is not working

Did Lenovo say it Hub is compatible with HP machines ? Please ask them.
